"The key to understanding the Bible is to look for Jesus in the Bible. Jesus is the hero of the Bible. If you read the Bible and don't find Jesus, re-read it! The Bible has one hero, His name is Jesus; one villain, that is Satan; one problem, that is sin; one solution, that is salvation. That is what the Bible is all about." -Dr. Adrian Rogers

Love is...Not Proud (11/24/2010)

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast. It is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails..." -1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Day 3

God says that true love is not proud. If you truly love someone--including God--you will not let your pride get in the way. You should never be to proud to let someone know how much you really care about them. This would include witnessing, as well as those awkward moments when we have to apologize for our foolish mistakes; or just simply randomly voluntarily cleaning up after dinner.

Take some time to humble yourself, find somebody and just show them some love today.
